(1) Model and (4) Gear Ratio
- Ball Screw Jacks models: JTB-1T, JTB-2.5T, JTB-5T, JTB-10T, JTB-20T, JTB-25T, and JTB-35T.
- All models are withstand the maximum static load capacity, not dynamic load capacity. The dynamic loads depends on Stroke, Lifting Speed, Working Conditions etc. About the safety dynamic load capacity, please consult JACTON sales engineers.
- If long stroke screw jack with compression loads, please calculate maximum critical buckling force. Please consult JACTON sales engineers.
- Ball Screw Jacks have not self locking, need brake motor or locking device.
- Each ball screw jack with two gear ratios as standard. We are in stock customize 12:1 gear ratio worm and worm gear sets for JTB-1T, JTB-2.5T, JTB-5T, JTB-10T, JTB-20T models. Custom-made others big gear ratios, please consult JACTON sales engineers.



(2) Jack Configuration and Jack Designs
- US: Upright mount, Translating Ball Screw Design.
- IS: Inverted mount, Translating Ball Screw Design.
- UR: Upright mount, Rotating Ball Screw Design.
- IR: Inverted mount, Rotating Ball Screw Design.
- UK: Upright mount, Square Tube Anti-rotation Ball Screw Design.
- IK: Inverted mount, Square Tube Anti-rotation Ball Screw Design.

Important Note: The ball screw of Translating Screw Jack (US or IS) must be attached to the guided load which prevents the ball screw from rotating. To add the linear guides, linear rails or rolls are recommended.
- Important Note: If your application involves a load which is unattached, unguided or the load is free to rotate and not translate, then an Anti-rotation Screw Jack (UK or IK) are required to prevent the ball screw rotation. The anti-rotation device which is supplied with a square nut at the end of ball screw, inside a square rigid protective tube.
- Important Note: Double lead ball screw is not self-locking, will lower under load. Brake motors or external locking systems are recommended. 
- Available in double clevis ball screw jack, and trunnion mounting ball screw jack (pivoting load).

(3) Stroke
- Stroke is travel expressed in millimeter(mm) or inches and not the actual screw length. 


(5) Screw End Conditions
- Standard Screw End Conditions: top plate(load pad), clevis end(male clevis), plain end, threaded end. Also rod end, and fork head(female clevis) are available. Custom screw ends are acceptable.


(6) Input Shaft Codes and Optional Shaft Codes
