Permanent Magnet DC Gear Motors - Screw Jack Systems

The screw jacks can be used separately or in groups connected with drive shafts, joints, couplings, bevel gearboxes and other mechanical components. They also can be driven by different motors: electrical, with either AC motor or PM DC gear motor as well as hydraulic or pneumatic motors. All these motion control products can be built in many type jacking system arrangements or configurations.

PM DC Gear Motor are composed of SZ(ZYT) series DC motor and PX series planetary reducer. The attached DC motor driver can make the gear motor achieve stepless speed regulating function. This series motor has the following features: wide adjustment range, small body volume, light weight, high efficiency, compact structure, large torque output and so on. They are widely used in emported equipments and domestic machinery, such as four colour press,plastic flat sealing machine, food and industry packaging machines,detection device for warmth retention of oil pipelines, welding equipments and other driving equipments requiring low speed, high torque and stepless speed regulating function. Owing to PWM technology, the DC motor possesses advanced short circuit protect function (this function is detailly described in the DC motor driver introduction).
