400KG ball screws light duty bevel gear jacks type is a modular design. Each size is available with 2:1 ratio. The gear housings are cubic in form and are machined on all faces. The bevel gear high speed screw jacks are precision screw jacks are by the use of spiral bevel gear sets.

Structures and Materials- Spiral Bevel Gears: Lapped together in pairs, high quality alloy steel, case hardened.
- Ball screw and nut is made from hardened alloy steel with hardened bearing balls carrying the load between nut and screw. Ball Screw: SCM 450, S55C, Hardness: HRC 58-62. Ball Nut: SCM415H, Hardness: HRC 58-62. Steel Ball: SUJ2, Hardness: HRC 60.
