3 ton higher travel speeds bevel gear screw jacks

3 ton bevel gear screw jacks offer higher efficiency and greater speed than other 3 ton mechanical worm gear screw jacks. As an added benefit, bevel gear jacks also act as 90 degree angle gearboxes, making them an ideal choice for multiple screw jacks systems. As many as three output shafts may be specified for mounting motors, limit switches, readout devices and other accessories. Bevel gear jacks with single lead screws provide the benefits of a self-locking screw, and bevel gear jacks with double lead screws offer even greater travel speed.

* Trapezoidal Screw Ends: top plate, clevis end, plain end, threaded end, fork end, rod end.
* Can be operated by handwheel(high speed manual bevel gear screw jack) or by electric motor (high speed motorized bevel gear screw jack).
* Single unit use, or complete bevel gear jacks jacking system including gear motors, bevel gearboxes, connecting shafts and couplings for dual or multiple jack arrangements.
* Optimal for low-speed operation: The driving system has less noise because machinery can be driven at a lower input speed.
