50 kN Capacity Trapezoidal Screw Jacks Gear Box

Jacton 50 kn capacity trapezoidal screw jacks gear box are the ideal product to push, pull, lift, lower and position adjustment of stage lifts for scenery changes or robotics manipulator. Standard worm gear ratios 6:1 and 24:1. Standard design with translating screw, keyed screw for anti-rotation, and rotating screw with traveling nut.


Features of 50 kN Capacity Trapezoidal Screw Jacks Gear Box
1. Upright or inverted installation with maximum static load capacity 50 kN in tension or compression.
2. Self-locking with no need brake or lock mechanisms to hold position. 
3. Trapezoidal screw with 40mm diameter, 8mm pitch (single start trapezoidal screw thread).
4. Available in 6:1 and 24:1 ratios.
5. Custom travel lengths from 15mm to 2500mm. 
6. Translating screw (travelling screw jacks), keyed screw for anti-rotation, and rotating screw with traveling nut (travelling nut screw jacks) as the standard configurations.
7. Worm screw is rotated by a handwheel with handle (manual operated screw jack) or by a electrical motor (electric motor screw jack). 
8. Can be applied either individually use or combined into a exactly synchronized lifting system, linked by connecting shafts, bevel gears and couplings etc.

The specifications of 50 kn capacity trapezoidal screw jacks gear box include maximum load capacity, worm screw diameter and pitch, worm gear ratio, allowable maximum input power, torque and speed and overall efficiency etc. 

1. Conditions: within 20% running time/60 minutes or within 30% running time/10 minutes, 20 °C ambient temperature. 
2. Note: Number of synchronizing jacks which can be connected on the same line is limited by input shaft strength. Refer to the maximum allowable input shaft torque on the above table.
3. Relative humidity: 85% or less (no dew condensation). 
4. Operating ambient atmosphere: Indoor Environment (Indoor room where rain and water cannot enter. Dust volume should be normal).
5. Selection of screw jacks using above figures should only be carried out in consultation with Jacton engineers.
