Some customers who ordered long travel screw jack such as 2500mm, 3000mm, 3500mm, 4000mm, 5000mm, 6000mm stroke etc, or large and heavy duty worm screw jack system, but shipment with LCL (less than container load). If that is the case, will need the long and super strong exporting plywood cases to pack them. First, these packages will be loaded and unloaded from factory to shipping agents warehouse. Second, these packages will be loaded and unloaded from shipping agents warehouse to customs warehouse. Third, these packages will be loaded and unloaded from customs warehouse to shipping containers. Fourth, these packages will be loaded and unloaded from shipping containers to destination seaport customs warehouse. Fifth, these packages will be loaded and unloaded from destination seaport customs warehouse to customers picking up trucks. Sixth, these packages will be loaded and unloaded from customers trucks to customers factory or warehouse etc. So many times load and unload with these long packages. Must be the strongest plywood cases, because the trucks or containers open doors width size is limited, can not put these long packages horizontally into the trucks or containers, must be slanting or vertical to put them these long packages into the trucks or containers. If these long packages are not the strongest, when electric forklift elevating these long packages into the trucks or containers, they will be cracked. If that is the case, it is not only cause the internal screw jack damage, but also with big problem whatever for suppliers or customers for delivery time and extra expensive cost etc.
Note: If customers orders with long stroke screw jack such as 4500mm, 5000mm, 5500mm...until 10000mm etc. If that is the case, LCL(less than container load) is not acceptable, will use FCL(full container load) for shipment, we will have special packing ways for FCL shipment.
